1. Hanoi
Stay
About the destination: Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, and also its second largest city, is one of the most charming cities in Asia with a unique character. Years of foreign occupation have left a mark on this city as it is shown in the interesting museums, the historical buildings, the pagodas, the mausoleum, and its own French quarter give the city a very distinctive atmosphere. The best way to get to know Hanoi is to walk around. The historical center is not very extensive, many places to visit are there or in the immediate surroundings, and walking is the best way to have some contact with the friendly people of Hanoi. Hanoi is known as a city of lakes as there are many lakes and trees all around the city, the biggest being the West Lake, Ho Tay, and the most famous in the city center being the Lake of the Restored Sword, Ho Hoan Kiem. The beautiful thing about Hanoi is the interesting contrasts of architecture, ranging from the traditional old buildings of the Old Quarter to the European style huge buildings of the French Quarter to the Communist monuments at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and surrounding areas, not to mention the beautiful traditional architecture of its temples such as the Quan Su Pagoda. Hanoi is a peaceful and hectic city, buzzing with street life and exotic markets yet serene around the tranquil pagodas and temples. The City of the Soaring Dragon is the place to be in Vietnam.

2. Ha Long Bay
Stay
About the destination: Hạ Long Bay is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and a popular travel destination, in Quảng Ninh Province, Vietnam. Hạ Long Bay is a center of a larger zone which includes Bái Tử Long bay to the northeast, and Cát Bà islands to the southwest. MAIN TOURIST ATTRACTIONS - Ban Sen, a thickly forested, almost uninhabited island reachable by ferries to Quan Lan from Cai Rong. - Cat Ba, the home of the endangered cat: Ba langur, a national park, numerous caves and the most popular destination in Ha Long Bay for tourists. - Quan Lạn, a historically significant outlying island with the beginnings of some tourism infrastructure and some beautiful beaches. - Van Don, a large island that is well inhabited, little visited by tourists and connected by road to the mainland near Cửa Ông. - Dau Be Island. This is a very popular swimming and diving spot because of its rich coral and deep grottoes with three inland lakes. - Bo Hon Island. The Virgin Cave (Hang Trinh Nu) is one of the most famous caves in Halong Bay. It is probably best known for its shrine. There are two chambers in the cave with a square-shaped outer chamber and a ceiling about 30 metres high. The inner chamber formations look like sentries conversing with one another and another formation, resembling a general surveying his troops, lies in the middle of the chamber. The moving light reflected from the water outside seems to bring these formations to life.

3. Ninh Binh
Stay
About the destination: In the north of Vietnam, at a distance 90 kilometers to the south of the city of Hanoi we have the province of Ninh Binh. Located in the Red River Delta, Ninh Binh is a popular tourist destination among travelers to Vietnam, largely by Tam Coc, known as Halong Bay ashore but Ninh Binh has much more to offer travelers. What to see in Ninh Binh ?: Ninh Binh province (and also the city of Ninh Binh) has many things to see, the highlight is Tam Coc, Bich Dong, Trang An, Thung Nang, Phat Diem, Hoa Lu, Bai Dinh Pagoda, Dinh Temple, Le Temple and Cuc Phuong Natural Park. Tam Coc is the most famous part of Ninh Binh. It is a natural spot, which the Vietnamese call Halong Bay ashore, located 7 kilometers west of the city where we will ride in rowing boats (called sampan) the river Ngo Dong, which runs between rice paddies, rock formations and caves. More information about Tam Coc. Very close to the caves of Tam Coc, we have the area of Bich Dong, where today still holds the passage of time a pagoda of the year 1428 built in the mountain. Almost as impressive as Tam Coc but less touristy, we have the natural eco-park Trang An, very close to the ancient capital Hoa Lu. Trang An is a site of 1400 square kilometers of crystal clear waters, vegetation, wildlife, temples, caves and caves. The Trang An walk, very Tam Coc style, offers a spectacular stop at the Trinh, Tran and Khong temples, temples that go back to Vietnam from the Tran dynasty. In Kim Son Village, 29 kilometers from Ninh Binh, we have Phat Diem Cathedral. Built at the end of the 19th century, the cathedral, built of wood and stone, took 29 years to complete its construction. Phat Diem is one of the most important Catholic cathedrals in Vietnam and is considered one of the masterpieces of Sino-Vietnamese architecture. And although most of the buildings and chapels are closed to the public, the area of Phat Diem is beautiful, as it is surrounded by an ornamental lake, presided over by a statue of Jesus Christ with open arms that rises in the middle of an island Artificial in the center of the lake. The entrance to Phat Diem is free and the opening hours are from 7:00 to 17:30 uninterrupted. In the province of Ninh Binh we have Hoa Lu, the citadel and the ancient capital of Vietnam of the tenth century, raised by the kings Dinh and Le. Both kings considered heroes in Vietnam and founders of cities such as Hanoi, where we have a statue of his honor next to Hoan Kiem Lake. In Hoa Lu 3 Vietnamese dynasties were united: the Dinh dynasty, the Le dynasty and the Ly dynasty, temples, pagodas, relics, weapons and ceramics form part of the ancestral capital Hoa Lu. Today Hoa Lu, with 14 square kilometers, practically everything has been reduced to dust and ashes, being in good state of conversation the temples dedicated to King Ding, King Le Temple and Bai Dinh pagoda. The citadel of Hoa Lu rises at the foot of the Ma Yen mountains, place from which we have a privileged view of the ancient capital and the Temples Le and Dinh

Stay
About the destination: "Da Nang is one of the major port cities in Vietnam and the biggest city on the South Central Coast of Vietnam; the city is situated on the coast of the Eastern Sea, at the opening end of the Hàn River. Da Nang is the commercial and educational center of Central Vietnam, with a well-sheltered, easily accessible port; its location on the path of National Route 1A and the North–South Railway makes it a hub for transportation and is the third biggest economic center in Vietnam. MAIN TOURIST ATTRACTIONS • Cham Museum. Founded in 1915 by the École Française d'Extrême Orient, it houses a collection of stone sculptures from the Hindu-practicing Cham civilization, which occupied much of central Vietnam in the first millennium AD through about the 14th century. • Marble Mountains. • Ba Na Hill Station. Ba Na was formerly a 1920's French resort and once boasted 200 villas, restaurants, and clubs. Its temperate climate, unspoiled forest, and spectacular views over the South China Sea and the Lao mountain range made Ba Na a popular retreat for both the French and the wealthy Vietnamese. • Cham island • Linh Ung Buddhist Temple. • Bach Ma National Park. • Dragon Bridge. Near the giant ferris wheel on the Han River, there is a bridge with a giant metal dragon built into it. At night it changes colors, and on Sunday nights around 8:30pm it blows fire and water."
